Beacon 0.9.58-2

Hi, folks -- New update of the Beacon is at:

This update implments the ability to change the UID the Beacon is running
as to a non-privileged user.  It also uses Net::Domain to get the hostname,
instead of Sys::Hostname, so it's more accurate now.  (Thanks to John
Kristoff at Northwestern for both patches!)

This version is compatible with the original 0.9.58 release, so all you
really need to do is replace your exist 0.9.58  .../src/beacon.in and
beacon.conf files, and then re-make and reinstall.
