Good day,
Has anyone been successful installing iperf on a Cisco router?
Cheers,
Keir

Subject: Iperf for Wireless
Dear All,
I am currently developing a wireless solution that involves throughput at
different points in range.
I have tried using iperf, but with some trouble. When I go out of range,
iperf often reports throughput in UDP mode as succeeding, yet this is quite
impossible! Further the results in TCP mode are somewhat more odd.
Has anyone else tried such experiments, and if so are any
modifications/options available to correct this problem.
Notes: iperf version 1.7.0 using linux, kernel 2.4.21 on DELL laptops: (1
cisco card, 1 Orinoco) more details available.
Yours,
David Gould
