When I try to run iPerf to one of my remote servers, I get the following error: WARNING: did not receive ack of last datagram after 10 tries.

What does this mean?

I have tried with versions 1.7.0 and 2.0.2. The server is running on Windows, and I have tried both Windows and Linux for the client. The server is behind a firewall but I have opened up the firewall completely to this machine. I am running Ethereal on the server and I see the iPerf packets come from the client, but I don't see any responses going out.

Please help.
