Also, here is the response if i run the Server side as client
[root --at-- localhost ~]# iperf -c 10.105.75.145
connect failed: Connection timed out

write2 failed: Broken pipe

Looks like there is no connection found between the two systems. But I am able to ping ones address on other and get a reply without any packet drops.
