Binding to an Interface

Is there a way to bind the Iperf server/client to a specific Interface rather than specifying the IP address?

Though we have the –B option for multicasting to an interface, we are in need of the following format of using the Interface address.

Iperf –s <interface address>

Iperf –c <interface address>

Do we have such functionality already in the iperf?
