RE: Problem_with_Iperf_and_Win_98_SE

I have had success building Iperf (v1.2) on a Win98 (SE) box using the 
cygwin code.  I installed the base cygwin code and the gcc compilier and 
ran 'make distclean', 'make config', and 'make' from the cygwin 
window.  This gave me a iperf.exe file which worked for my testing.
