IPerf 1.6.2 total bandwith counter overflow

During some long-running high bandwith tests, Tony Rimovsky and I
noticed that the total data sent counter seems to overflow.  This seems
to be because on line 173 in lib/headers.h there is an unconditional
#undef HAVE_INT64_T which overrides anything detected by configure.
Anyone know why this line is there?
