TOS doesn't seem to work

Title: TOS doesn't seem to work

When I set the TOS settings using -S x4 or some other hex value, the packets iperf generates don't seem to reflect these settings. I have tried this with both TCP and UDP using versions 1.6.2 Windows and 1.6.4 unix/solaris.

Am I missing something?
