Yes, Iperf supports TOS bit setting if it is allowed by your OS. The flag 
is -S and is documented in the documentation sent with Iperf and on the 
web at http://dast.nlanr,net/ however it is not in the builtin help (-h) 
for some unknown reason. It will be in there for the next release.
