Using File option with Time Option

Hi, 

I'm using iperf 1.7 with Linux as the server and
Windows as my client, and am trying, unsucessfully, to
get the File option, -F, to work with the Time option,
-t.  iperf accepts the command with -t but then
appears to ignore it.  Does anyone know a way to get
this working correctly?  I would accept if I could
input the number of iterations as a replacement for
time.

PS: I tried using Windows boxes as both the client and
server but the server side crapped out when receiving
the file from the client. As a result I switched to
using Linux as the server which works correctly.
