Well.. here are a couple of questions:

1) What OS are you using? (Win 2000?)
2) Does the server start up just fine? 
3) Have you tried disabling the firewall and doing the same thing? It
looks as though your firewall might not be set up right.. so try it
without the firewall and see if you still have the same problem.
