IPerf dualtest and tradeoff

Hi,

a just discovered "IPerf" and it is a great testing tool. However, I have
some suggestions.

Most of the time we have the only option to test from behind a NAT device or
firewall. So, that is giving us problems when trying the -d and -r option
because the server is initiating a connection to the client. It would be a
great improvement if the -d and -r could be used without the server making a
new connection to the client. So, I suggest you add an option in order that
all test could be done over the same connection initiated by the client.
