"inetd" could probably start a server processus "on-demand" on each
port you want, but I am not sure that's what you are looking
for... could you please give more details on your configuration ?

So you want several clients sending to just one server processus
using a socket for each client, right ? If yes, why ? Or is it some
kind of multicast stuff ?
Please explain.
I have many clients, they can open dependent on external features. I
wanted to make them mark the TOS byte in order to differentiate them. The
first option was to make them connect to different ports, but, as that is not
possible, I thought in make them mark with different values of TOS byte,
but I did not succed.
