  What OS are you running?

  There is nothing about the ARM processor which would prevent you from
  compiling Iperf for it.  It does require a UNIX like or Windows environment
  to compile.  If it is a UNIX like system the configure script should be able
  to determine how to build it.  (I haven't done anything with Iperf under
  Windows.)

  Iperf is written in C++, so if you have a C++ compiler and support the
  library calls Iperf uses you should be able to compile.

  If you can tell me more about you platform I'd be able to give you a more
  specific answer.
