Clarification on 2.0.2

My apologies to Eli Dart and others for the mis-statement regarding the 
integer overflow; I learned to speak imprecisely in my former life as a 
mathematician (standard joke about math teachers: a mathematician says 
"a", writes "b", and really means "c")---I'm working on correcting this.

The integer overflow matter is _not_ a security concern, though I do like 
the idea of a stealth attack by giving you all the bandwidth you need. 
Again, my apologies.
