Has anyone found a workaround for setting the TOS bits in WinXP? I've made the necessary registry changes and verified the program TrafGen can successfully send all variants of the TOS field.

Iperf (1.7.0) however still eludes me. I get the same type of error as the original poster:

"getpeername failed: Socket is not connected"

Which sounds like it is related to the conversation in this thread:

Any ideas/help?
