bandwidth of 128k is only good on the window that has focus. All other
windows the offered bandwidth is very erratic and for the most part will

bandwidth will shoot up to the correct 128k and then the window I just came
from will drop. I do not see this behavior with version 1.1.1. I have run
this same test in the past with success. Is this a know issue with 1.7.0?
