Corporation opened an account valued at $18,000,000.00 in a bank based 
at Manchester before his death in year 2001. Since his death nobody has 
claimed the account. 

Last week, I was issued an official 
notification/ultimatum from the bank where the money was deposited by 
my late client to produce his next of kin/beneficiary within the next 
60 working days otherwise the account would be confiscated and 
transferred to the bank's treasury.

In the past, I had made all 
frantic efforts to locate any of my late client's relatives in France 
but was unsuccessful. I am aware that if I do not do something 
urgently, my late client's money would be confiscated at the expiration 
of the ultimatum. My plan is to use your status as a foreigner for the 
bank to release and transfer the funds to your nominated account as the 
beneficiary.

I have worked out modalities for achieving my aim of 
appointing you a next of kin as well as transferring the money abroad 
for us to share in the ratio of 50% for me and 35% for you, and we
